Calgary Business Women Trade Show is one of a kind, is taking place on April 22, 2012 from 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm at the Marlborough Park Community Association.
If you are interested in being a vendor at the show to promote or sell your products/ services, at this time two-three vendors per related services are being invited i.e.: kids clothing, ladies and men’s clothing, health services, photography, beauty services, jewellery, art and candles, etc. Calgary Business Women will ask you to fill out a vendor registration form on the website with the rules/contract attached. Tables will be reserved as soon as payment is made. The cost of the vendor table would be $100. If you register after April 04, 2012 the registration is $120.Table cloths will be provided. Exhibitors must have liability insurance for the show as vendors.(if you don’t that is o’kay).
Any services providing food, beverages, massage, manicures, pedicures, face painting, barbering, hairdressing, braiding, aesthetics, waxing, tattooing, ear/body piercing or chrio services will require permission from the Alberta Health Services to provide these services at the show. www.calgaryhealthregion.ca/envhealth the application form must be filled out and faxed back to them one month prior to the show or else there is a $150.00 fine. The company names of the vendors will be listed under Events scroll down the list until you find the month of the event, and click on it on the Calgary Business Women website page www.calgarybusinesswomen.com. Please book your table by April 10th, 2012.
Please Note: Calgary Business Women has right to decide vendor participation.
We highly encourage a referral and will bring your registration down by $10 if you bring in another vendor that signs up. The $10.00 can be given to you or be switched for 6 guest tickets.

Door Prizes:
Vendors are welcome to donate for door prizes on a voluntary basis. Whether you attend or not it is a great visibility option for businesses.
Marketing & advertising:
The show will be advertised on the local news station websites. The show will be advertised online as well via Kijiji, Buy Sell, Craigslist, Used Calgary, Oodle Classifieds, Facebook, Twitter, community websites, and Bold Signs. Posters will be distributed to the local stores.
Admission for the public is $2.00 per person. Tickets will be sold at the door. All proceeds from the door admission will be going to a local charity.

Advertising
The Home Business Shopping Event will be heavily advertised. There will be bold signs, posters, Facebook advertising, Google Adwords advertising, TV News, Community Events Ads, and more!
There will be a poster that you can print it off, and post them in your own neighbourhoods at the grocery store, post office, coffee shops, etc. You can also hand it out to friends, attach it to your emails or websites if you have one. The more people we all invite the better the turnout is going to be so please invite as many as you can so we all have a successful day!!!
