All Vendors will have one table (rectangular or round), chair (may not be able to put it beside your table but we can put our chairs in the hallway), and a black tablecloth will be provided.
Please let us know if you will need a power outlet in advance. For those that do get a outlet please bring an extension cord.
Tables will be assigned, there will be a floor plan made. Please bring your own signage.
The Home Business Shopping Event will be heavily advertised. There will be bold signs, posters, Facebook advertising, Google Adwords advertising, TV News, Community Events Ads, and more!
There will be a poster sent out to you shortly so that you can print it off, and post them in your own neighbourhoods at the grocery store, post office, coffee shops, etc.
You can also hand it out to friends, attach it to your emails or websites if you have one. The more people we all invite the better the turnout is going to be so please invite as many as you can so we all have a successful day!!!
We encourage you to have your own prize draw/raffle at your table. If you require a power outlet, please bring an extension cord. Each vendor is responsible for their own drinks and snacks.
Set up is at 12 noon - Closing and clean up 4 - 5 pm.
Please note: No tables can be taken down before 4 pm.
To be a vendor at this event, there is a $90 non-refundable fee. All payments must be received by March 1, 2010. This is a non-profit event, and 100% of the proceeds are being used to fund the event.
